PF Changs has nothing on the Work At Home Dad Wraps…
Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
2 Tablespoons Zested Ginger
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup peanuts or cashews
1 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
Brown turkey on high heat in a wok with vegetable oil.
Drain excess oil and stir fry in other ingredients, leaving Balsamic and nuts for last.
Serve mix in piece of iceberg lettuce. Add a teaspoon of Hoisin Sauce as a comdiment.
If you like the spicy, add another teaspoon of Chili Garlic Sauce along with the Hoisin as a condiment.
For a happy wife, add Chardonnay.
