Watch Me Flip This House

We are closing on an investment house on Friday, October 20th. I plan on blogging the details of the flip here at Work At Home Dad. Overall the house is 1400 sq/ft, 3 bedroom and 1 bath. We will be adding a 4th bedroom and a 3/4 bath, gutting the kitchen and bath, refinishing the hardwood floors, painting inside and out and so on and so on…

I will be posting before, during and after pictures so stay tuned. I had a picture of the current kitchen handy…hey, why are you laughing?
